Summary
The project aims to improve the quality of life and psychosocial health of immigrants and refugees experiencing multimorbidity, which has declined due to increased medication use and healthcare costs. To this end, it envisions developing a non-pharmacological, supportive approach that includes music, art, and literary therapy (EMALT) and enhancing the competencies of adult educators who will implement these therapies. Ultimately, the project aims to reduce individuals' symptoms of depression, promote healthy living, and reduce healthcare costs by providing quality counseling services.
