After a representative from the beneficiary organization, the Antonio Bustamante Foundation (FAB), welcomed the project participants and explained the meeting agenda, the partners' experts presented their activity reports on the Information Portal, highlighting the following actions in each country and  analyzing the activities of the Information Portals, the consultant network and the operation of the Portal were evaluated. Following a brief presentation by the project expert, the project expert summarized the expected operation of the Portal.

Finally, the project expert presented a proposal titled "Recommendations and Best Practices for Securing the Employment Conditions of Displaced Workers." These proposals were discussed and approved by the partners via email.
