Our learning event, designed to foster the professional development of youth workers and the capacity building of partners, was held in Ourdorp, Netherlands. During the nine-day event, youth workers received multicultural psychological counseling training on the process of adapting to cultural differences in a new society after migration. Funded by the Dutch National Agency, the project successfully achieved its goal of developing informal and informal learning skills for the educational and professional development of youth workers.
